Italy Cracks Down on Raiders of Lost Art

Folow the link to hear an NPR story that we discussed in class, Italy Cracks Down on Raiders of Lost Art, about the Euphronios Krater. This is a true story of an ancient Greek krater that was stolen from an Etruscan tomb by Italian farmers, purchased by the Metropolitan Museum of Art for $1,000,000, and then returned to Italy after an investigation.
